31 March 2021 is the deadline to vote on the proposed administrative structure document prepared by Ronan Fitzpatrick, Peter FitzPatrick, and John Fitzpatrick (all three living in Dublin, Ireland) for Clan Society members’ consideration and approval.  All List members at the opening of the vote are requested to state whether you approve or disapprove the adoption of the proposed administrative structure text using the confidential online SurveyMonkey voting facility.

Each List member may only vote once, and the SurveyMonkey link will remain open until 22:00 hours (Irish time) on Wednesday, 31 March 2021. Submitting your vote will take less than one minute. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER MEANS OF REPLY to cast your vote – as only votes submitted via SurveyMonkey will be accepted. The results of the vote will be published via the List in early April.
